In addition, faculty members provide teaching and expertise in relation to other civilian and military subjects, including contract education commissioned by both governmental and private parties.  Research is financed by grants or commissioned by contract. The position is based at the Political Science Division at SEDU in Stockholm.

Job responsibilities and tasks

The position entails teaching and research in political science particularly with focus on the security policies of the United States, Western European states and collective parties, mainly financed by contract research. Administrative tasks are also required under the position.
